Brizard & Co. Cylindrical Desk Humidor in Macassar Ebony with Spanish Cedar Lining

Brizard & Co. Cylindrical Desk Humidor in Macassar Ebony with Spanish Cedar Lining

Macassar ebony is prized by furniture makers for its dramatic dark and light striping, and Brizard & Co. shapes it here into an upright cylinder for the desk. This desk humidor is fine cabinetry that keeps its contents at a steady humidity, with a Spanish cedar lining and room for 10 to 15. It reads like a small sculpture in a study, and makes a distinguished gift for a collector or a new office.

• Material: Exotic wood exterior, Spanish cedar lining
• Finish: Macassar ebony
• Capacity: For 10 to 15
• Humidification: Self-regulating gel humidifier included

Details: Each piece is hand finished, and the grain of the ebony means no two look quite the same. The self-regulating gel humidifier and the Spanish cedar lining work together to hold the inside steady, which matters in dry, air-conditioned Gulf rooms. Check the humidifier regularly, and place the humidor away from direct sun and air vents. The smooth wood is well suited to engraving, so initials or a date can turn it into a personal gift for a promotion, a retirement or a business partner.
