Hydra Large HYDRA-LG External Fan Kit with Splitter Ribbon Cable
In a tall or deep cabinet, humidity can settle unevenly, damp at one end and dry at the other. The HYDRA-LG External Fan Kit answers that by adding a fan to the Hydra Large humidifier, connected through the included splitter ribbon cable, so moist air reaches every shelf. It is a practical upgrade for collectors and venues running a sizeable humidor in the Gulf's dry, air-conditioned interiors.
- Fits: Hydra Large (HYDRA-LG)
- Contents: One external fan and a splitter ribbon cable
Details: The splitter ribbon cable lets the external fan share the Hydra's connection, so there is no separate power to arrange. Place the fan where the air moves least, often the upper shelves or the far corner, and let the cabinet settle for a day before judging the reading. Fit it with the unit off and follow the Hydra instructions. This kit is for the Large model only; for the Small, ask us for the HYDRA-SM parts. We supply kits in quantity for lounges and hotels.
