Details: Each of the eight shelves sees the same climate: cold circulating water from Raching’s hydro-cooling carries humidity evenly from top to bottom, holding 16 to 22 °C and 60 to 75 percent relative humidity within one percent. The ammonia filter keeps the air inside fresh as the collection matures. At 69 by 70 by 185 centimetres and 115.5 kilograms, it needs a level floor. Use distilled water and allow 24 hours before switching on.
