El Septimo x S.T. Dupont Emperor Augustus Rollerball Pen with Lacquer Detailing
Augustus was Rome's first emperor, the builder of a lasting order, and his image suits a pen meant to be kept for a lifetime. El Septimo provides the Emperor Augustus artwork from its Emperor and Sacred Arts collections, and S.T. Dupont crafts the rollerball in fine metals with lacquer detailing, finished by artisans. This El Septimo x S.T. Dupont rollerball pen is a gift for a founder, a mentor or a student of the classics.
- Material: Fine metals with lacquer detailing, crafted by artisans
- Mechanism: Rollerball
- Finish: Emperor Augustus artwork from El Septimo's Emperor and Sacred Arts collections
- Refills: S.T. Dupont rollerball refills in blue (040840) and black (040841)
Details: The rollerball writes with the ease of liquid ink and takes S.T. Dupont rollerball refills in blue (040840) or black (040841), so it can be refilled and used for years rather than replaced. The lacquer detailing rewards a little care: a soft cloth, no solvent-based cleaners, and no long contact with leather or rubber, which can speed natural oxidation. Presented in an office or at a family milestone, it marks a beginning worth remembering.
